REM — Rotatable Envelope Modules

MODULAR ARTICULATION
ENGINEERING PLATFORM

R / E / M  ·  ROTATABLE ENVELOPE MODULES

COMPANY

Built around a mechanical idea worth proving.

REM Articulation is focused on developing and commercializing the Rotatable Envelope Module concept: modular articulation designed around a hollow internal pathway.

THE COMPANY STORY

From mechanism to platform.

The original REM website introduced the invention, prototype and two-person leadership team. The next chapter should be about disciplined validation, application partnerships and a commercial model that scales beyond a single custom machine.

REM’s public patent documents date the core priority to 2013. The company’s original public site presents a physical two-module, gear-driven demonstrator and positions the technology for robotics, manufacturing, agriculture and other machinery.

This redesign narrows that message: REM is most credible when it presents itself as an engineering architecture with a defined IP foundation, a prototype starting point and a transparent program to establish performance.

The near-term objective should be to recruit the right engineering, OEM and capital partners to move from “interesting mechanism” to “quantified platform with a reference application.”

LEADERSHIP

The people currently presented by REM.

Najib Jomha

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Najib Jomha

Commercial leadership, strategic partnerships and the path from protected technology to an investable and licensable business.

AB

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Adam Bakir

Technical leadership for the REM architecture, engineering development and the validation work required for product and partner integration.

Before launch: public patent records identify the inventor as Ahmad Kamal Bakir while the existing REM website names Adam Bakir as CTO. REM should confirm the preferred public name and relationship to the inventor record so investor diligence is unambiguous.

TEAM TO BUILD NEXT

Deep-tech credibility grows with visible domain expertise.

As the program advances, add named advisors and delivery partners only when relationships are confirmed.
